Join us in this day at this “bitter- sweet” time to celebrate the /our harvest and what needs to be “composted” as we journey towards the winter….
The dances will be varied, to literally find the balance – either physically or balanced traditional or newly choreographed …., flowing and staccato, Yin and Yang, sun and moon, earth and air, fire and water , wild or meditational !
A small part of the day will be using Alexander principles of pausing to bring time for reflection on our harvest so far .We will sit or lie down to do this.
Open to men and women with some Circle dance experience.
Bring food to share for a vegetarian “harvest” lunch and any “give away” from your garden or kitchen …
HOT drinks provided.
Let’s celebrate this bittersweet time of the year together again!
