The light begins to return after Winter Solstice.. the sap starts to run into the trees.. The first stirrings of spring! Come celebrate + nurture your feminine selves.. And light your FIRE within!
In the Celtic lands Imbolc this fire festival was held honouring the Goddess Brigit – Goddess of sacred fire, holy wells, healing + poetry I shall use dances that encourage flowing,+ awakening, new beginnings and healing .Some of these are recently choreographed dances. I shall also call upon some of the Roma or E European dances to fire us up + get that sacral centre ignited. Also a short healing ceremony to release the old + re kindle hopes+ dreams for ourselves + the world.
